Q. How do I purchase the J0-626 car air purifier?
A. To purchase, fill in your details in the order form and we will get back to you asap.

Q. What are the payment methods?
A. Bank transfer via CIMB or Public Bank. Pls refer to Payment Method.

Q. How many days will I be expecting to receive the item?
A. We ship using either Poslaju or Skynet. It is estimated to be 1-2days for Peninsular Malaysia and 3-5days for East Malaysia.

Q. The product need to plug-in (turn on) every time I am driving? Or just few minutes?
A. It is recommended to plug in the ionizer all the time. The ionizer will turn on automatically once it is plugged in.

Q. If I come to your shop directly, will there be discount?
A. Price will be the same.

Q. How about the life span of this poduct. How long I cant kept it without power on?
A. Depending on usage, the effectivity of the product may last more than 2years. There is no power outlet or switch. If you wanna turn the power off, just unplug it from the cigarette lighter holder. However it is not recommended to plug in and out as frequent handling it may shorten the lifespan of the device.

Q. How to determine that it is still can functioning?
A. There is Blue LED indicator to show you that it is functioning and you may feel the air freshen whenever you drive.

Q. Any maintenance involved?
A. It is maintenance free.

Q. What do I need to do to claim warranty?
A. Email your details to naturefineair1@gmail.com. Once we confirm that the product is still under the warranty period, we will ask you to ship the item to us. Once receive we will check it and if it is confirmed to be a manufacturability defect, we will replace a new unit for you.

Q. Is the return postage fee born by me?
A. Yes, you would need to bare the cost of postage to our office in Penang (RM5.70 using Poslaju). For the return postage, we will absorb the cost.
